Winemaking: Produced from old vines, with traditional management systems, recalling techniques that predecessors used: natural decantation, indigenous yeasts, skin contact during fermentation.
Internship: Aging on total lees until bottling. 20% of the wine fermented in used barrels, and 80% fermented in stainless steel vats.
Tasting and gastronomy notes: Citrine yellow color. Aroma of great intensity dominated by grapefruit and mineral notes. In the mouth it is a white wine with structure but surprisingly fresh due to high quality acidity. Long and persistent aftertaste.
