Description
Aroma is youthful and pronounced, with hints of butter, nuts, and minerals. On the palate, it is complex and full-bodied. As on the nose, it presents notes of butter, pineapple, and minerals. Refined and elegant with balanced acidity. Fruity and complex finish.
Winemaking:
Destemming, pneumatic pressing, and maceration at controlled temperatures. The grapes enter a pneumatic press, and the must is released into a vat where it rests for 24 hours at a temperature between 18°C and 20°C. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature.
