Descrição
Very expressive with notes of violet, ripe red fruits and a perfectly integrated barrel. In the mouth it is intense and very complex, with good structure and a very attractive freshness involved by toast notes and spices, with a long and fruity ending.
Vinification:
Manually harvested grapes for 12kg boxes and carefully selected at the selection table. The fermentation took place with a controlled temperature and several foot on foot throughout the process. 18 -month internship in new French oak barrels.
