Description
It is a single variety faithful to the variety, expressive on the nose with notes of violet, ripe red fruit and discreet barrel. In the mouth it is intense and complex, with good structure, well-tamed tannins with a long, fruity finish.

Winemaking:
Grapes harvested manually into 12kg boxes and carefully selected on the selection table. Fermentation took place in a temperature-controlled wine press with several foot steps throughout the process. Aging for 18 months in new French oak barrels.
