Description
Test results:
Color: Bright red.
Nose: Quite aromatic, rich and complex. Aroma of very ripe red fruits such as blackberries and plums, supported by discreet and well-integrated vanilla.
Palate: Very rich, with emphasis on very ripe red fruits. Presence of tannins, smooth and balanced by good acidity and structure. Complex, with a smooth and very pleasant finish.
Vineyards: Over 30 years old.
Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel and barrels
