Description
This wine is mainly made of Azal and Arinto, but a small percentage of Alvarinho was added to structure the wine. Manual harvest of the best grapes of the installment for small boxes, followed by a total process of disagreement. Smooth pressing of all grape and transport from cubes. Long maceration under controlled temperature. Staging 5 months 'sur lies' with regular 'batonnage'. Strong fruity aroma, highlighting the tropical notes. In the mouth it is creamy and well structured. Simple minerality with fresh acidity full of personality. Long mouth, complex and with a vibrant acidity.
