Description
The aroma presents some floral notes, black plums and red fruits with some vanilla, light caramel and spices. On the palate it is simultaneously vigorous and smooth, enveloped in fine tannins, making it an elegant and well-structured wine.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested into 20kg boxes, total destemming and fermentation for 8 days in stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation was also carried out in vats, followed by aging in barrels. Aged 30% in stainless steel and partly in 500l and 225l French oak barrels.
