Description
Citrine color is a very aromatic and complex nectar with floral notes. The Atlantic influence gave it freshness.
Vinification:
Manual vintage at a great period of maturation, which provided the desired freshness and aromatic intensity. Fermentation in stainless steel vats took place the controlled temperature of 16ºC for 18 days after the vacuum filtration of the must.
