Ruby color with brownish hues, well-developed aromas where balsamic notes stand out, with some hints of flint, fennel and dark chocolate.
Winemaking:
Harvesting takes place at night to maintain the physical and aromatic integrity of the grapes. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by aging in French and American oak barrels for at least 12 months.
