Citrus color. Intense wine with aromas of citrus, pineapple, and apricot. Harmonious flavor, with good structure and balanced acidity. Elegant and persistent finish.

Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested manually and transported in 25 kg plastic food crates, arriving at the winery in an average of 3 minutes, preserving maximum quality. Upon arrival at the winery, they undergo rigorous sorting, followed by cold maceration and gentle pressing at low pressure. The clear must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature, followed by 4 months of bâtonnage, during which the fine lees are kept in suspension. Before bottling, the wine is carefully filtered and stabilized.
