Description
Amber color. Intense aroma, with notes of orange blossom and dried fruit. Harmonious, with good structure, marked acidity and astringency. Complex and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested by hand and quickly transported to the winery, preserving maximum quality. Upon arrival at the winery, they are crushed by foot and subsequently fermented using a skin contact process. After fermentation, they are pressed and aged for 24 months in Portuguese chestnut barrels. This is followed by a further 12 months of aging in stainless steel. After bottling, it undergoes a 12-month aging process in the bottle.
