Description
Winemaking: The grapes, mostly from 20-year-old vines, are harvested manually and vinified using the open spout system. 85% of the wine ferments in stainless steel tanks for around 1 month at a controlled temperature between 14º and 16º C. The remaining wine ferments in used 500-litre French oak barrels.

Wine with good structure, very mineral and fresh, with a balanced and persistent flavor
