Description
With an opaque, violet color, it has a very concentrated and complex aroma, dominated by ripe black fruits (plum) with an earthy touch. It has excellent volume on the palate and is very luscious and round. It has a very fresh and long finish with a black fruit flavor.
Winemaking:
Grapes sourced from Quinta do Orgal, with certified organic winemaking. The grapes were destemmed and vinified in 10-ton stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and programmed remontage. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was transferred to used 225-liter French oak barrels, where it remained for approximately 16 months.
