Exam notes:
Aromas of flowers and ripe fruit, with hints of melon on the nose. Very mineral and fresh, with a well-balanced, persistent flavor and citrus notes.
Winemaking:
The grapes were fermented using a process called "open vat". This process lasted about a month at temperatures ranging between 14º and 16ºC. The wine aged for 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
