Vallado Lady Baga Red

Very complex aroma, where wild fruits and forests of woods predominate with a touch the toasting wood where it interned. Very smooth and round, with wild fruits flavor. The ending is very fresh with a slight vegetable touch.

Vinification:
The grapes are 100% of a northern vineyard in Quinta do Orgal in the Superior Douro, with certified vinification in biological mode. In order to obtain smooth extraction, 20% of the grapes used were whole bunch (not deceived) and the remaining 80% not crushed (whole berry). After a cold maceration for 24 hours, the grapes fermented for a week with very little extraction. Shortly after alcoholic fermentation the wine was transferred to used barrels of 225 liters of French oak where it made the malolactic fermentation and remained for about 12 months.
