Introducing our exquisite Quinta do Vallado Reserve White Wine. Crafted with meticulous care, this wine is fermented in 500-liter French oak barrels with acacia tops, 20% in new barrels and the remainder in second and third-year barrels. Produced from a blend of Rabigato, Gouveio, and Arinto grapes, it boasts a delightful complexity. Aged for 7 months with periodic batonnage. The magic of this creation is attributed to the skilled winemakers Francisco Olazabal and Francisco Ferreira. Discover today the elegance and flavor of this unique Reserve White Wine.
Vallado Reserva white wine presents a mineral aroma with the fruit well-integrated with the smokiness of the wood. On the palate, it has excellent body and acidity, is complex, citrusy, and has a very long finish.
