Description
We present our exquisite White Wine Reserve from Quinta do Vallado. Made with care, this wine is fermented in 500-liter French oak barrels with acacia tops, 20% in new barrels and the remainder in 2nd and 3rd year barrels. Produced from a batch of Rabigato, Gouveio and Arinto grapes, it presents a delicious complexity. Aged for 7 months with periodic batonnage. The magic of this creation is attributed to the skilled winemakers Francisco Olazabal and Francisco Ferreira. Discover today the elegance and flavor of this unique White Reserve Wine.
The Vallado Reserva White wine has a mineral aroma with fruit that blends well with the smoke from the wood. On the palate, excellent body and acidity, complex, citrusy and with a very long finish.
