Description

Winemaking: The grapes, from different plots, mostly Touriga Nacional, were vinified using the open spout system. Fermentation lasted about 1 month at a controlled temperature between 14º and 16ºC.
Aging: 3 months in stainless steel vats.
Bottling Date: December 2022

Tasting notes: Floral and wild berry aroma, characteristic of Touriga Nacional. Flavor of red fruits with a very fresh finish.
