Winemaking: The grapes, sourced from different plots, mostly Touriga Nacional, were vinified using the open vat method. Fermentation lasted approximately one month at a controlled temperature between 14°C and 16°C.
Stage: 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
Bottling Date: December 2022
Tasting notes: Floral and wild berry aroma, characteristic of Touriga Nacional. Red fruit flavor with a very fresh finish.
