Description
Highly concentrated, with balsamic notes and aromas of ripe red fruit. Big, bold and juicy, with red fruit flavors. Round and firm tannins with a powerful and exotic finish.
Winemaking:
The grapes were vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with programmed pump-overs. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation in its original stainless steel storage tanks and was then transferred to oak barrels where it aged for 16 months. 45% in new American oak and the remainder in French oak.
