Winemaking:
Approximately 80% of the grapes come from vines around 25 years old, including Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, and Sousão varieties, while the remaining 20% ​​come from old vines around 70 years old. The grapes were vinified in the new winery in 5 and 10-ton stainless steel tanks, with a small portion also in traditional lagares (traditional stone troughs), and were fully destemmed. The must fermented for about a week at 25-27°C with programmed automatic remontage (pumping over). Aging: Approximately 70% of the wine aged for 16 months in stainless steel tanks, and the remainder in 225-liter French oak barrels of the 3rd and 4th year.

Exam notes:
The wine is clean and bright. It has a cherry-red color. On the nose, we find red fruits, wild blackberries, a touch of orange blossom and violet. On the palate, rockrose, ripe fruit. It is an elegant wine with delicate tannins and a long finish. As a perfect pairing, I recommend grilled meats. João Guedes
