Description

Very concentrated, with oak balsamic notes, aromas of red fruits and violets. Sweet, round and ripe and silky, very balanced tannins, with a long and fresh ending.

Vinification:
The grapes were vinified in the new stainless steel wine cellar with controlled temperature, each with a maximum capacity of 4 tons of grapes, with manual reassembly. The wine was subjected to malo fermentation in the original storage stainless steel vats and then transferred to 225 L French oak barrels where it remained 16 months.
