Description
Very concentrated and intense, with balsamic notes of oak well harmonized with figs, black plums and tobacco. Full -bodied, firm and mature with round and velvety tannins. Mineral, with complex and persistent end.
Vinification:
From a single portion of very old vineyards, came from the farm, planted in 1929. A mixture of field of 34 different castes. The grapes ferment for 10 days in large oak barrels (4 tons) with temperature control and periodic reassembly. 18 -month internship in new French oak barrels of 225 liters.
