Description
Ruby red color. Elegant, characterized by an exuberance of ripe fruit, notes of fruit compote, vanilla with well-integrated wood. Powerful, velvety texture, tannins present but polished, fresh and elegant, with a long and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes, harvested by hand and transported in 15 kg boxes, were manually selected on a sorting table, destemmed, and gently crushed. Fermentation took place with prolonged maceration in traditional granite lagares (wine presses) with foot treading at 27ºC for 8 days. After fermentation, the wine aged for 16 months in first and second-year French oak barrels.
