Description
A wine with a bright, citrine color. Full of citrus aromas and an exciting freshness and minerality. On the palate, it presents a beautiful acidity providing freshness and balance, contributing to a long and pleasant finish.
Winemaking:
Grapes transported in 18 kg boxes, previously selected with total destemming and alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels with temperature control (14 to 16ºC). Aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
