Description
Ruby red, elegant, fresh, vibrant textures, chewy, good aging potential and ample table setting. Chocolate, wild berries, sweet wood, mineral and spice notes. Higher in stature. It has great complexity, smoothness and elegance.
Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested manually and vinified in small granite lagares using the traditional "foot treading" technique. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels and a further 12 months in the bottle.
