Vinification:
Harvest in 22 Kg plastic boxes. Pressing and decanting the must at 8ºC. Fermentation at 15ºC in order to preserve all the aromatic potential of the grapes. No aging of the wood.
Test results:
citrus color. Fresh aromas of ripe exotic fruit, white flowers and pear. Good minerality at the end.
