Vinification:
Fermented at 28ºC in separate grape varieties with tanning fermentation after 15 days, then aged in French oak barrels for 6 to 8 months.
Test results:
Ruby color. Ripe red fruits with firm tannins from the wood that gave rise to it. Notes of cedar and vanilla resulting in a complex set. Very persistent aftertaste.
