Description
Vinification:
Produced with grapes from vineyards cultivated in Integrated Production Mode, harvested in 22 kg boxes, immediately refrigerated after harvest and transported in a refrigerated truck. A total destemming was carried out with a 12-hour pellicular maceration at a controlled temperature. It fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 15°C for 20 days, in order to preserve all the aromatic potential of the varieties. Aged exclusively in stainless steel.
Test results:
Complex and structured dry rosé wine. It presents floral vegetable notes of violets accompanied by aroma of wild fruits. It shows a very correct and balanced acidity that gives it a lot of lightness and freshness.
