Description
Reddish color. Aromas of spices with vanilla and a touch of curry. Notes of aging in wood with a rounded structure. On the palate it is long and persistent with strong aromas of vanilla and dried fruit.
Winemaking:
Tawny is a category of Port wine aged oxidatively in old wood. It produces light and elegant wines due to less color extraction resulting from reduced contact between the must and the grape skins during fermentation.
