Winemaking / Produced from the selection of our best grapes, fermented with temperature control in stainless steel tanks. It was then partially subjected to “bâtonnage” for around 6 months in new barrels.

Tasting Notes / Bright, citrine color. Intense and elegant in aroma, marked by floral notes, stone fruit and a soft toast. In the mouth it presents an excellent volume, complex and creamy, marked by an acidity and minerality that awakens with each new taste.
