Description

Gin Ventozelo is a true journey into nature at Quinta de Ventozelo. It is the result of a research project with the Instituto Abel Salazar de Ciências Biomédicas and the partnership with Cantinho das Aroticos, which helped us to recognize the incredible aromas of the Quinta and store them in each bottle. The final botanical mixture was macerated in wine alcohol, obtained by distillation of wines from Quinta de Ventozelo. Botany: Juniper, Lemon Thyme, Beautiful Light Thyme, Lavender, Perpetual Purple, Coriander, Peppermint. To the characteristic aromas of the forest, the garden and the orchard, is added the vinous aroma of the wine brandy that makes up this Gin, which runs throughout the race, giving smoothness and persistence. A fine marriage of fresh, citrus notes of lemon peel, mint, coriander leaves and lemon thyme, with aromas of woods, juniper, lavender, beautiful thyme and perpetual purple. The final botanical blend was macerated in wine alcohol, obtained by distillation of wines from Quinta de Ventozelo.
