Side Dishes: In order to maintain the purity of its aromas, this gin should be served with unflavoured tonic water, ice and three juniper berries. At the end, the glass can be decorated with a grape or olive.

Botanical Species:
Juniper, Lemon Thyme, Bela-Light Thyme, Lavender, Purple Perpetual, Coentras and Peppermint
Elaboration:
The blend of the selected botanical species was macerated in vinic alcohol, to which was added vinous brandy, both from the distillation of wines from Quinta de Ventozelo.
