Pale, with fine, persistent bubbles and a golden hue. Medium intensity, notes of dried leaves, hazelnut, pine nut, almond, baker's yeast, light butter, exotic wood, and wet stone. On the palate it is dry, with high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity, delicate and fine bubbles, butter and hazelnut with a long and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
17-year internship. Disgorgement carried out in February 2018.
