Description

Golden in color. Citrus aroma, light molasses, and plenty of minerality. On the palate, stone fruit and very fresh citrus fruit stand out. The well-marked acidity and long finish make this wine suitable for the table.

A very pleasant surprise from a plot of land that has everything it takes to establish itself in the region.

Winemaking : The grapes fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. The wine aged for nine months in stainless steel tanks with "batonnage" (drying with smothering).

Color : Pale and golden.

Nose : Medium intensity, lime, light honeycomb, biscuit, dry leaves and wet stone.

Mouth : Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium(+) intensity, lime, peach, biscuit and long finish.
