Description
From vineyards in Vila Garcia and Freguim, located at 275 meters above sea level. Good aromatic complexity, with aromas of citrus fruit, biscuit, stone fruit and minerality standing out. The barrel is also present, but discreetly. The palate reveals citrus, biscuit and stone fruit wrapped in light spices and butter.
A still very young wine with an austere and fresh profile.
Winemaking : The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks and in used French oak barrels. The wine was aged in stainless steel.
Color : Pale and greenish-yellow.
Nose : Medium intensity, orange peel, light peach, green apple, biscuit, light white pepper, light butter and wet stone.
Palate : Dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity(+), peach, lime, light black pepper, biscuit, light butter and medium finish(+).
