Description
Amarante is undoubtedly known for its terroir of red vinho verde. There are several examples of this grandeur, however, tradition is no longer what it used to be and, in a challenging tone, we aim to break with the norms.
Here, we abandon the standard of high extraction to dedicate ourselves to subtlety. From structured to elegant, from intense and stewed futa to richness and finesse..

Tasting Notes:
Appearance – Ruby, open.
Aroma – Violet, chocolate, leather, citrus lime, camphor.
Taste- Delicate, long, vibrant, very fresh, light, rustic and fine.
Winemaking
De-stemming / light foot treading. Light tanning, for 7 days. Delicate pressing and aging on total lees after Malolactic, for 9 months. Bottled in August 2020, aged in bottle for 9 months.
