This white wine displays a remarkable freshness stemming from the lively acidity that this duality offers. Added to this is its slightly vegetal character, resulting from a blend of original grape varieties, revealing an extremely pleasant and refreshing wine.
Winemaking:
Fermentation took place separately for each grape variety and lasted 18 days at 15ºC, followed by a period of aging on the lees.
