With a strong connection to the "terroir" of pinks, Arinto expresses himself in the Vincentian, respecting his origins in an elegant combination of aromas that characterize him. Herbaceous aromas and vibrant acidity are combined with a citrus and salty freshness, enhancing the proximity to the sea.
Vinification:
Fermentation in Stainless Cubes the controlled temperature of 14º C. Internship over the fermentation leftovers for 5 months.
