Description
With a hazy appearance and greenish-yellow color, it is evident that this is an unfiltered wine. The aroma is of citrus fruits, pineapple, and with notes of brioche. On the palate, it is a wine with vibrant acidity and minerality. With a remarkable texture, finishing long and saline.
Winemaking:
Manual harvesting, grapes cooled in a cold chamber. At low temperatures, the grapes are carefully pressed whole-bunch, with only the first must being used for this wine. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on the fine lees for 6 months. This wine underwent no filtration or stabilization before bottling. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats.
