Description
With a pale salmon color, it presents a very fine and serious aroma of citrus and melon, complexed with a slight vegetal smokiness from the barrels where it fermented. On the palate it exhibits great minerality and a deep acidity, highlighting some notes of hibiscus tea.
Winemaking:
Aged in the same barrels, on the fermentation lees for 6 months.
