With a cloudy appearance and greenish-green color, it is evident that it is an unfiltered wine. In the aroma of citrus fruits, pineapple, and with notes of brioche. In the mouth it is a wine with vibrant and mineral acidity. With a remarkable texture ending long and saline.
Vinification:
Manual vintage, cooling of grapes in Camara Frigorifica. With low temperature the grapes are carefully pressed in full bunch and only enjoyed for this wine the first must. The fermentation took place in stainless steel deposit followed by a stage on the thin-lengths for 6 months. This wine had no filtration or stabilization before it was bottled. Internship for 6 months in stainless steel vats.
