The characteristic aromatic elegance of the Pinot Noir grape is complemented by notes from the French oak barrels in which it fermented and aged. On the palate it is elegant, with balanced acidity and a persistent finish.
Winemaking:
Fermentation in 500-liter French oak barrels with 50% stems. Aged for 10 months in the same barrels where it fermented.
