This white has a remarkable freshness that comes from the lively duality that this duality offers. This is added its slightly vegetable character that results from a lot of original castes, revealing an extremely pleasant and refreshing wine.
Vinification:
The fermentation took place separately by caste and for 18 days to 15ºC, followed by a probationary stage on the dites.
