Description
Yellowish-green color. Aroma with citrus notes and marked minerality, complex with some buttery notes and excellent quality barrels. On the palate it is very engaging and with vibrant acidity. It has a very long, persistent and salty finish.
Winemaking:
Hand- Colheita . After selection upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are pressed as a whole bunch. Fermentation took place 50% in 350-liter French oak barrels (Chardonnay) and 50% in stainless steel vats (Arinto), followed by aging on fine lees for 8 months.
