The characteristic aromatic elegance of Touriga Nacional is complemented by some spice from the lightly toasted French oak barrels in which it aged. It has a full, enveloping mouthfeel with silky tannins balanced by an elegant acidity, a very persistent whole.
Winemaking:
Fermentation for 10 days at 26ºC, followed by a month of maceration in contact with the skins.
