An intense aroma of ripe red fruits is complemented by tannins softened by oak aging and the acidity of the fresh Atlantic breeze. The taste reveals a palate filled with a round and elegant wine, and a remarkable aromatic persistence.
Winemaking:
Each variety fermented separately for 10 days at 26°C, followed by an extended period of immersion in contact with the film. Partial aging in French oak barrels for 8 months.
