Description
Very appealing ruby color. Aromas of black plum, cassis, cherry with discreet nuances of violet and balsamic. Subtly arise vanilla notes and spices. It is captivating by its silky texture, while being vibrant and firm. The feeling of freshness and elegance accompanies a long, salty end.
Vinification:
Manual Harvesting for boxes of 15 kg. 4 days of pre-fermentation maceration followed by alcoholic fermentation for 10 days to 24ºC. Aging in French oak barrels of 228 liters for 11 months.
