Description

Vinification:
The grapes were harvested by hand, having fermented slowly. Partial aging in used barrels for 10 months. The result is a wine that stands out for its elegance and complexity.

Test results:
Notes of cherry, cocoa and a fine vegetable freshness. Great elegance and delicacy, with fine and silky ends.
