Description
Winemaking: The year 1950 was characterized by a harsh winter and a rainy summer. Due to these conditions, the harvest was delayed, but proceeded in perfect condition. This wine fermented in the ancient Lagares of the family. After fortification with vinous brandy, the wine interaged in a tonél and kites.
Proof Note: Beautiful chestnut color with brown edge and a touch of green-characteristic of an antique Tawny Port. In the nose, a wine from another time, but very much alive. This wine is of exceptional quality, with high aromatic complexity, concentration, balance and a long finish.
