The harvest of the grapes was performed manually, and the grapes were later transported in small boxes. After the choice of grapes at the entrance of the cellar, they were deceived and alcoholic fermentation took place for 1 week in stainless steel vats under temperature control. The wine later interned in French oak barrels for 12 months to gain structure and make tannins balanced.
