This wine is produced from the ruffic caste of a plot located at a low quota in one of the family's Thursdays. With the aim of making a different wine, with a traditional Douro caste, we chose to make a separate fermentation with little intervention. In turn, it was stored in stainless steel vats and bottled by 2021.
