It is a wine concentrated in the color, opaque, of a deep purple. In the nose feel the red fruits, ripe fruit, a light touch the flora. In the mouth it is complex, deep and velvety, the dense and acutilating but well integrated tannins involved in a cloak of juicy red fruit

Vinification

The various castes reaching a great degree of maturation, not yet losing their freshness of mouth. The harvest of grapes in the vineyard of Água Alta was performed manually, and the grapes were later transported in small boxes. After the choice of grapes at the entrance of the cellar, they were deceived and alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel mills, being for several days in contact with the films. At the right time was added the wine brandy, marrying it perfectly with the must, producing this vintage port.
