Description
A clean and bright wine, with a lime green color. Floral aromas and fresh citrus notes. Balanced, persistent, with excellent acidity and freshness.
Winemaking:
The colheita took place in early September. After careful selection, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. Ovinho is stabilized and filtered before bottling in Gaia.
