Intense and vibrant red red color. Very concentrated, very mature red and black fruits, especially blackberries, and violet and with balsamic notes of oak wood. Full -bodied, complex and balanced, a lot of fruit concentration, with ripe and silky tannins and good acidity. In the end it is long and persistent.
Harmonization
Perfect with grilled or baked red meats and hunting meats, and matured and buttered cheeses, serving between the 16th and 18oc.

This wine was produced from a careful selection of grapes, which fermented in temperature control stainless steel vats to keep their aromas cooler. After fermentation, partial aging was followed by old French oak barrels for a period of 12 months before traffic jam. This process gave the wine, aromas the ripe red and black fruit, with slight slaughter in the taste, becoming long and imposing.
